Price Match Promise

We strive to provide our customers with the best value for money. If you find a product that is similar to ours, at a cheaper price elsewhere, we will try to beat or match the competitor's price. However, we reserve the right to:

• refuse a price match which would cause us a financial loss or result in an unacceptable profit margin;
• limit the number of price matches a single customer can make;
• not match trade prices;
• discontinue our price match promise at any time;
• not price match imitation or copies of products that typically use cheaper materials and lack in quality;
• not match prices from auction sites such as eBay.

If you have found one of our products cheaper elsewhere, please contact us with a link to the product and we will be in touch with an offer which is often better. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price matches for products which have already been purchased from us and are subsequently found elsewhere at a lower price.
